One Goal: Changing Young Lives
Sport United Leadership Group offers a special
opportunity to publicly demonstrate support for the UK’s leading
youth charity.
Help change
young lives
- Be an innovator
- Attend unique events
- Enhance your profile
- Give something back
Sport governing bodies, sponsors of sport, equipment suppliers and
manufacturers, retailers, and organisations involved with sport
hospitality and events will help The Prince’s Trust to develop an
overall strategy of engagement with young people through sport. The
group will also provide powerful networking opportunities, led by
our existing partners in cricket, football and rugby.
Why get involved?
Create an active generation
Sport United will encourage and enable disadvantaged young
people to become more physically, economically and socially active.
As a result, we believe the work of the group will ensure more
young people become a positive force for change within their own
social networks and communities.
Be an innovator
The Prince’s Trust relies on forging new and innovative
partnerships with UK business and public sector leaders to help us
campaign for change, and to help young people across the UK get a
better start in life. By joining Sport United, you can be right at
the heart of this vital work.
Attend unique events
The Prince’s Trust has developed a calendar of unique events and
networking opportunities with the wider community engaged with the
world of sport, featuring sought-after industry speakers in
excellent venues.
Enhance your profile
Sport United supporters will be listed on The Prince’s Trust
website, which gets around 100,000 unique visitors each month.
Trust events receive coverage in many different types of press,
including trade, and can be sponsored by companies looking to
further their profile within a specific industry area.
Give something back
Volunteering can be extremely rewarding and demanding. In
building a relationship with The Prince’s Trust, you and your
employees will have access to a range of structured volunteering
opportunities. You could, for example, help young people get ahead
in business by becoming a business mentor, or provide practical
advice to a group of unemployed young people.
