Your legacy

You know the value of success. Through hard work, determination and the right support, you’ve achieved great things.

Boy in parkSadly, in each generation, there are young people who’ve never had anyone to point them in the right direction. They may have grown up in care or lived in a family where no one has ever worked.

For one reason or another they dropped out of school, fell in with the wrong crowd and gave up on themselves. All they have to pass on to the next generation is a sense of hopelessness and failure.

Will you help us to break this cycle?

A legacy to The Prince’s Trust will change young lives for the better and forever. By supporting our proven programmes, you’ll bring hope to young people who just need a chance to succeed. The impact could last generations into the future.

With your support, we can give young people something very special – a future.

How to leave a legacy

If you have not yet made a will

If you do not have a will at the moment, we advise that you consult a solicitor for sound professional advice. Our document Practical guidance for leaving a legacy will help you to create a section that will ensure that a legacy is left to The Prince’s Trust.

If you have already made a will

If you have already made a will, but would like to leave a gift to The Prince’s Trust, you can do so by making a simple addition to your existing will called a codicil. By adding this supplement to your will you can include new instructions and delete old ones without having to create a new will.

Fo further guidance, download our document Adding a codicil to your will

If you have already pledged to make a gift in your will, we’d like to thank you for your pledge and keep you up to date with the work of The Trust.
