Are you into sport, music, creative arts or want to try them for the first time?

Bored, want to develop new skills, build your confidence and have fun? The Prince's Trust runs new short courses called Get Started that can help you move forward.

Is it for people like me?

Get Started is for UK residents aged 16-25 who are unemployed.

What happens on the course?

You get an intensive week of activities run by professional tutors. This could be in football, music and many more areas. Click one of the links on the right to see what’s running in your region as new courses are being developed all the time.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. We provide you with lunch and drinks throughout the day. We also cover your travel expenses.

What do I need to know to take the course?

Nothing. You will meet our staff before the course starts and can ask questions - so you can decide whether it’s right for you.
